It cannot be stressed enough how important it is to follow instructions for caring for this product. Part of knowing how to care for this product is knowing how to properly get into it. Below, the illustrative instructions will assist you in the proper way of getting into your tailor-made device. It is most effective when worn and handled properly. See About the Bodyguard. Although this garment is durable and made of butyl rubber, it should be handled like a fine and delicate fabric. Think of nylon, it cannot be pulled in a rough manner or it will tear. Accordingly, you will want to treat this garment like a fine, rare fabric. While not easily torn, this garment must be handled with the utmost care to preserve its form. Remember, this garment is designed especially for you and the contours of your body. If treated as such, you will receive long-lasting use of your Bodyguard. See Warranties and Guarantees.


How to Get Into The BodyGuard™

Step 1.

Step 1
Turn the BodyGuard™ inside out.

Step 2.

Step 2
You are preparing to step into the garment from the bottom, not the top of the garment.

Step 3.

Step 3
Hold the lining of each leg of the garment open and step into each leg. Do not let the lining touch the skin, until it has reached the destination right above the knee. This will be the base of the garment.

Step 4.

Be sure to place each leg of the garment even with the other

Fold the lining under the garment,
preparing to roll the garment up the thigh.
 

Step 6.

Begin rolling the garment upward until it reaches the waistline.

Step 7.

Gently place your hands inside the top portion of the garment.

Step 8.

Gradually pull (not too hard or fast) the sides up above the waistline for a complete and comfortable fit.
 

Step 9.

Be sure the garment is in place, with no wrinkles or sags.
