LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

I. Product Warranty

Antibody, Inc. warrants that your BodyGuard Compression DEVICES shall meet all product and design specifications and shall be free from defects in materials, workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of sixty (60) days. Antibody, Inc. further warrants that the Bodyguard, when used for its intended purpose, will provide the wearer with compression, support, muscle heat circulation, strain distribution, and impact absorption.

II. Products Covered By Warranty

This Warranty applies only to such Bodyguards purchased from Antibody, Inc. and does not apply to Antibody merchandise, products or Bodyguards which have been provided to consumers in connection with promotional events or giveaways. Prices, materials, and specifications are subject to change at any time and available models may be discontinued at any time, in either case without notice or obligation. You will be informed of such change if it affects your order and given an option to cancel your order for a full refund by notifying Antibody, Inc. within ten (10) days of your receipt of the notification of the change in prices, materials, and specifications. .

III. Conditions and Limitations

The Antibody Inc. Warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations: This Warranty shall apply only to BodyGuard™ devices, its design, materials, workmanship and specifications for the Warranty period; This Warranty applies to BodyGuard Compression DEVICES that are used for their intended purpose only; This Warranty does not cover loss of integrity of the BodyGuard Compression DEVICES through normal wear as is likely to occur through prolonged use for their intended purpose; This Warranty does not cover loss of integrity of the BodyGuard Compression DEVICES through abuse, negligence, misuse or usage of the BodyGuard™ for any purpose other than that for which it is anticipated to be used as described in the product literature.

IV. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

AS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, ANTIBODY, INC. WILL, AT SELLER'S OPTION, MODIFY OR REPLACE ANY NON-CONFORMING BODYGUARD, OR REFUND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF SUCH BODYGUARD. ANY CONFORMING BODYGUARD DEVICE RETURNED WITHOUT A BREACH IN THIS WARRANTY WILL HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED AND SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND. THIS RESTOCKING FEE SHALL BE EQUAL TO THE COST OF MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING THE BODYGUARD DEVICE. ANTIBODY, INC. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO ANY PARTY, INCLUDING LOSSES DUE TO INJURY OF ANY KIND SUFFERED BY PURCHASER WHILE WEARING AN ANTIBODY, INC. BodyGuard Compression DEVICE. ANTIBODY, INC. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR FREIGHT COSTS OR ANY OTHER COSTS OR CHARGES, INCLUDING LABOR CHARGES, EXCEPT THAT ANTIBODY, INC. WILL ASSUME THE LABOR AND SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MODIFICATION OR REPLACEMENT OF NON-CONFORMING BODYGUARDS.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
