The Bodyguard™ Open Patella Compression Knee Brace is a compression knee brace that delivers compression, support, muscle heat circulation, strain distribution and impact absorption. The Bodyguard™ Open Patella Compression Knee Brace is designed to stabilize the entire knee complex, absorb and distribute strain on the musculature and connective tissue of the knee complex including the distal thigh and proximal calf musculature.

The base material is a perforated polymer blend to allow the skin to breath. The polymer is light, soft but very strong. The polymer has a tactile inner surface that attaches to the surface of the human body and won’t slip even after heavy perspiration. The material is 3/16th of an inch thick so it absorbs direct impact and adds mechanical support without bulky metal, hinged support. It becomes a part of the body. The overall effect is like having an exoskeleton of muscle enveloping the knee/thigh/calf complex.
